Tailored support for you

Individual Therapy

With more than two decades of trauma-focused clinical experience, Nina weaves together Somatic Experiencing®, EMDR, and attachment-based approaches to help clients gently release survival patterns that developed when safety or trust were compromised. Her work supports the nervous system in restoring balance, resilience, and the capacity for genuine connection.
My Approach to Fees
Therapy is both a commitment to your healing and an investment in your well-being. I intentionally maintain a small caseload to ensure each client receives personalized care, grounded presence, and space for sustainable growth. Your session time is exclusively reserved for you — a dedicated window of support for your healing process.
My standard fee is $200 per 55-minute session. This rate reflects over two decades of trauma-focused experience integrating Somatic Experiencing® and attachment-based care.
Sliding Fee Option
I hold one reduced-fee slot for clients experiencing financial hardship. This space is often filled, but I review availability monthly and maintain a short waitlist when needed.
Payment & Reimbursement
Payment is due at the time of service. I accept credit, debit, and HSA cards. While I do not bill insurance directly, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
Attendance & Rescheduling
Because your session time is reserved solely for you, I do not maintain a cancellation policy. However, I understand that life can be unpredictable. If an unexpected conflict arises, I will make every effort to reschedule within the same week whenever possible.
By reserving a session, you are investing in your dedicated time of healing — a protected space in your week designed for regulation, reflection, and repair.
Betrayal Trauma Healing
Betrayal trauma occurs when someone you deeply trusted — a partner, parent, or other attachment figure — violates that trust in a way that shatters your sense of safety and stability. The impact often runs deeper than the event itself, leaving you questioning your reality, doubting your worth, and feeling unsafe even in your own body. In our work together, healing begins by re-establishing safety from the inside out. Through gentle, body-centered exploration, we’ll attend to the nervous system’s responses to betrayal—numbness, hypervigilance, or collapse—and slowly rebuild the capacity for trust, boundaries, and connection. This process isn’t about forgetting what happened; it’s about reclaiming your sense of wholeness, restoring faith in your inner wisdom, and learning to feel safe in relationship again—first with yourself, and then with others.

Safe and Sound or Rest Restore Protcol
The Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) is a gentle, evidence-informed listening program designed to support nervous system regulation and increase a felt sense of safety and connection. Grounded in Polyvagal Theory, SSP uses specially filtered music to help shift the nervous system out of chronic survival responses and into greater flexibility, social engagement, and resilience.
The Rest and Restore Protocol (RRP) is a complementary listening program within the SSP framework that focuses specifically on supporting rest, digestion, sleep, and recovery from chronic stress or exhaustion. RRP is often used when the nervous system needs a slower, more restorative entry point, or when symptoms such as fatigue, burnout, insomnia, or overwhelm are present.
Both protocols are offered with Somatic Experiencing®-informed pacing and individualized support, allowing your system to move at a pace that feels safe and sustainable. Together, SSP and RRP provide structured yet flexible pathways for supporting regulation, healing, and reconnection—meeting your nervous system where it is and supporting lasting change.
My Approach to Program Structure & Fees
I offer the SSP as a three-month structured program that integrates guided listening, Somatic Experiencing® principles, and individualized support. This format allows your system to move at a safe, sustainable pace while receiving professional guidance and integration along the way.
The SSP or RRP is offered as an individual three-month program designed to support both structure and flexibility:

For accessibility, the total SSP program fee ($545) may also be paid in two biweekly installments of $272.50.

Somatic Experiencing® Coaching
Somatic Experiencing® (SE) Coaching is a body-centered approach that supports nervous system regulation, resilience, and connection. Rooted in Dr. Peter Levine’s work, SE Coaching helps you notice and release patterns of tension, shutdown, or overwhelm that may be holding you in survival mode long after the original stress has passed. Unlike traditional therapy, coaching focuses on personal growth, present-moment awareness, and expanding your capacity for joy, creativity, and connection. This work is especially supportive for those navigating the lingering effects of developmental or betrayal trauma who are ready to deepen their relationship with their body as a trusted ally. Through gentle attention and curiosity, we’ll help your system rediscover its natural rhythm—so you can move through life with greater ease, confidence, and vitality.

Professional Consults
Professional consults offer a supportive space for therapists, healers, and helping professionals who want to deepen their understanding of trauma and the nervous system, strengthen clinical skills, or process the impact of their work. Drawing from over two decades of experience in trauma treatment and somatic practices, I help practitioners integrate body-based approaches, strengthen attunement, and bring more confidence and clarity to complex cases. Consults may focus on Somatic Experiencing® principles, developmental and betrayal trauma, or the clinician’s own regulation and sustainability. Together, we’ll explore both the art and science of trauma healing—so you can show up for your clients with steadiness, presence, and renewed capacity.
My Approach to Consultation Fees

FAQs
What is somatic experiencing?
Somatic Experiencing® (SE) is a body-based approach to healing trauma that helps restore the nervous system’s natural rhythm of regulation. Developed by Dr. Peter Levine, SE focuses on noticing and releasing the physical tension, sensations, and survival responses that can remain in the body long after a stressful or traumatic event. Instead of revisiting painful memories in detail, SE works gently with the body’s natural impulses for safety, completion, and connection. Through this process, clients often experience greater calm, presence, and resilience—allowing the body and mind to realign in support of authentic healing and wholeness.
How long are sessions?
